إذا لم تكن راضياً عن الاشتراك، يحق لك استرداد كامل لأول دفعة خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، دون أسئلة.If you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

دفعات التجديدRenewal payments

إذا تجدّد اشتراكك ولم تكن تنوي الاستمرار، تواصل معنا خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ التجديد وسنسترد لك قيمة تلك الدفعة.If your subscription renewed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that payment.

كيف تطلب الاستردادHow to request a refund

• عبر صفحة التواصل مع ذكر بريدك الإلكتروني المستخدم في الشراء أو رقم العملية.Via our contact page, mentioning the email used at checkout or the transaction ID.
• أو بالرد على إيصال الدفع الذي وصلك من Paddle — فهو التاجر المسجّل لعملياتنا وهو من ينفّذ الاسترداد.Or by replying to your Paddle payment receipt — Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and processes the refund.

يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، غالباً خلال ٥ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

الإلغاءCancellation

إلغاء التجديد متاح في أي وقت من صفحة حسابك ولا يحتاج أي تواصل معنا: يوقف الدفعات القادمة ويبقى وصولك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة. الإلغاء وحده لا يُنشئ استرداداً لما سبق دفعه إلا وفق البنود أعلاه.You can cancel renewal at any time from your account page — no contact needed. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of past payments except as described above.
