Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tube AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

                Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tube AI App. Please read them carefully before using our App.
            

Description of Service

Tube AI is a premium mobile application that provides AI-powered features and functionality. The App is designed to enhance your experience through artificial intelligence capabilities and requires a subscription to access all features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tube AI. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tube AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Access

Tube AI is a premium application that requires an active subscription to access its features. Subscription details, including pricing, are displayed within the App and may be updated from time to time.

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through RevenueCat and your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment terms are governed by your app store's terms and conditions.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Conduct

When using Tube AI, you agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the App to transmit harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Privacy

Data Collection: Tube AI operates with a privacy-first approach and does not collect, store, or process any personal user data.

Intellectual Property

Tube AI and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by yanbuweather.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Tube AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Results from using the App will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yanbuweather.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Tube AI.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless yanbuweather.com from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

App Store Terms

If you download Tube AI from an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and yanbuweather.com, not with the app store. The app store is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it.

Updates and Modifications

We may update Tube AI and these Terms from time to time. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Tube AI at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and yanbuweather.com regarding the use of Tube AI and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
